1. It is not possible to combine this service with other trails on the Vicentina Route. If you have any questions, please contact us in advance;

2. Client must inform Luggage Driver about all relevant details regarding the transport planning with at least 72H in advance from the first day of the service;

3. For cancellations and refunds, please consult the page dedicated to the service conditions; 

4. The luggage must be available for pick-up from 09:00 (local time);

5. The delivery in destination will be completed until 16H00 (local time), except in situations that overtake us, such as heavy traffic or difficulties in accessing hotels/accommodation, which delay all planned services;

6. All bags/volumes must be properly closed and identified, we don't transport detached items;

7. The maximum weight per bag is 23kg. An tag per bag/volume will be provided in the first stage.
