1. Client must inform Luggage Driver about all relevant details regarding the transport planning with at least 72H in advance from the first day of the service;

2. For cancellations and refunds, please consult the page dedicated to the service conditions; 

3. Luggage must be available for pick-up from 09:00 (local time).

4. The deliveries at the destination will be made until 16:00 (local time), except in situations beyond our control, such as heavy traffic or difficulties accessing hotels/accommodation, which delay all planned services;

5. All luggage must be properly closed and identified, and unattached items wont be transported;

6. The maximum weight per bag is 23kg. An tag per bag/volume will be provided in the first stage.
