1. Customer must inform Luggage Driver about all relevant details regarding the transport planning with at least 48H in advance from the first day of the service;

2. Free Cancellation if requested at least 48 hours before the first service (except for all fees associated with online transactions and administrative costs, which cannot be refunded);

3. One luggage weighing up to 23kg and one bicycle (when the option is selected) are included per passenger. If additional luggage transport is necessary, Luggage Driver must be informed in advance;

4. In situations of transporting children/babies, Luggage Driver does not have chairs available, so this must be a customer's responsabilities to bring the chair.
