1. Customer must inform Luggage Driver about all relevant details regarding the transport planning with at least 48H in advance from the first day of the service;

2. Free Cancellation if requested at least 48 hours before the first service (except for all fees associated with online transactions and administrative costs, which cannot be refunded);

3. Inclui-se no transporte uma bagagem até 23kg e uma bicicleta (quando selecionada a opção) por passageiro. Caso seja necessário transportar bagagem adicional ou com volume fora do normal o cliente deve consultar a Luggage Driver previamente;

4. In situations of transporting children/babies, Luggage Driver does not have chairs available, so this must be a customer's responsabilities to bring the chair.
