1. The client must inform Luggage Driver, at least 15 days in advance of the service date, of all relevant data for the transfer planning;
2. Cancellations with more than 30 days notice: 100% refund (transfer payments costs may apply);
3. Cancellations with up to 72 hours notice: 90% refund;
4. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice: No refund;
5. One bag weighing up to 23 kg and one bicycle (when this option is selected) per passenger are included in the transport. If it is necessary to transport additional luggage, the client must consult Luggage Driver in advance;
6. In situations of children/babies transportation, Luggage Driver don't have chairs available, so this must be a client's responsabilities for providing the chair(s).
