1. Customer must inform Luggage Driver about all relevant details regarding the transport planning with at least 48H in advance from the first day of the service;

2. Free cancellation, if requested with at least 48H in advance of the start of service;

3. One luggage weighing up to 23kg and one bicycle (when the option is selected) are included per passenger. If additional luggage transport is necessary, Luggage Driver must be informed in advance;

4. If it is needed to transport children, customer must inform Luggage Driver through the booking form so we can confirm the availability of safety equipment for the transfer.
