1. Client must inform Luggage Driver about all relevant details regarding the transport planning with at least 72H in advance from the first day of the service;

2. For cancellations and refunds, please consult the page dedicated to the service conditions;

3. As bagagens têm que estar disponíveis para recolha a partir das 09H00 (hora local). A entrega no destino será concluída até às 16H00 (hora local), salvo situações que nos ultrapassem, tais como muito trânsito ou dificuldades de acesso aos hotéis/alojamentos, que atrasem todos os serviços planeados;

4. All luggage must be properly closed and identified, and unattached items wont be transported;

5. The maximum weight per bag is 23kg. An tag per bag will be provided in the first stage.
